Kids are wonderfully honest about their feelings toward other people. As we age, however, we learn that to not like another person (or think anything negative of them) is unkind. We are conditioned to believe something is wrong with how we feel, rather than evaluate why we feel the way we do.

In today’s episode, I share how we can learn from young kids how to give ourselves permission to be honest with ourselves instead of heaping on piles of shame when we don’t feel towards someone the way we think we should.
